Jennifer Giuffre-Donohue (B.S.) of Northport, NY, is currently a
stay-at-home mom and part-time medical transcriptionist. She has always loved
to write, and recently The Huffington
Post published her blogs in their “Generation Why” section, about young
adult cancer survivors. She is a three-year survivor of Hodgkin’s lymphoma, a
type of blood cancer. In 2011 a story that she wrote about her cancer
experience was featured in Dr. Bernie Siegel’s A Book of Miracles. She is also writing a book titled Cancer, With a Twist. She wrote and
performed in a one-act play of the same name, excerpted from the book, in April
